MED-STOR offers the following Returns Policy: All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Charge. No returns accepted after 30 days. All returns must be in original carton. Please contact customer service for a return authoization number. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHOUT RGA NUMBER.
